This is the ¼ turn, 2” Stainless Steel ball valve.  It should be used when deploying the BETTS Emergency Off Loading Fixture.  After attaching the BETTS Valve to the 3” cleanout on the overturned vehicle, you should install this valve to control the flow of the product. Attach the transfer hose to this valve, remove the cleanout cap and begin the transfer.
