This valve is specifically for the chemical end of trucking.  Designed to “be built” around the 3” clean out of the MC307 and DOT407, this fixture will grab the lugs on the cleanout cap and you can then remove the cap, releasing the product.  Can be ordered with or without a 2” quarter turn valve.
