If you respond to traffic accidents, one day you will respond to an overturned tank truck. Is your team trained to handle such an incident? NorthWest HazMat can provide training to handle this type of response.
Our 8 Hour Responder Refresher Class and 12 Hour Responder Initial Class is for both public and private sector responders.
Emphasis is spent on the safe processes from initial on-site size up, to grounding and bonding, drilling, product transfers, to the vehicle recovery. Students will perform grounding and bonding until comfortable with the process. Full response scenario from the roll over to the recovery will be included. Both small and full size props are used to increase skill levels.
Instructors include both experienced personnel and vehicle system specialist.
